MIS is located in the County Courthouse in Winfield. Utilizing our Wide Area Network, we provide and maintain computer services for offices in the courthouse, the offices located in Emergency Management in Winfield, the Arkansas City County Attorney's office, the Noxious Weeds office, three Road and Bridge Districts, the Landfill, Memorial Lawn Cemetery, and various other offices within the county. On request we provide assistance to the City/County Health Department, the Extension Office and Community Corrections.

What is MIS?
MIS is an active member in KSGMIS. Members are information technology professionals from state and local governments. The mission of the association is to share ideas and information about how we can best use technology in government. The Kansas chapter is an affiliate of the Kansas Association of Counties. We also maintain a membership in the National Association of the Government Management Information Systems.
